I'M BUILDING A BOARD GAME FROM SCRATCH.
No studio, no budget, and no background in game design. AI does the research and the grunt work, I make every call. New episode every two weeks.
How much of the game is still broken or unproven. It only goes down.
THE QUEST
Two to four players. Thirty to forty five minutes. You bond with a creature, fight your way across the map, and then everyone at the table fights the same boss at the end.
The catch is where the power comes from. Evolving your Emberkin makes it stronger, and the only source of that strength is the Blight, which is the thing eating the world you're trying to save. Push far enough and you hit harder than anyone else at the table. Push too far and your Emberkin is gone.
THE PARTY
Three to choose from at the start. Each one evolves once, and evolving costs you.
PYROX → Pyrazeon
· Striker · 22 HP · SPD 4
Hits hardest, folds fastest.
AQUAVA → Aqualith
· Support · 24 HP · SPD 3
The one that keeps everyone else standing.
TERRANOK → Geodrax
· Tank · 30 HP · SPD 2
Slow. Very hard to remove.

BUILD LOG
Longer write-ups from the build. These are from before the game. I was still working out how to build anything at all. Episode write-ups start with episode one.

Every two weeks I send out what actually happened. What I built, what broke, what I had to throw out and start again. Same stuff that's in the video plus the parts that didn't fit.
No spam, and I'm not selling you anything.
Made after bedtime.
