What this site keeps about you
Not much. This page covers all of it.

When you send me a message
The form asks for your name, your email and what takes up your time. Your business, and how and when you'd like to meet, are up to you.
It comes to me as an email, and I use it to reply and set up a time. If we meet, I also use it to get ready. It doesn't go on a mailing list, and I don't share it or sell it.
I keep it, and any notes I made, while we're talking and for a year after, then delete them. If you become a client, I keep what I need for my business records.
When you just look around
There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics here.
The company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs, like your IP address and which pages loaded, to keep the site running and safe.
Where it goes
Nothing you send is kept on the site itself. Four US companies are involved: Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers the form's message, and it lands in my Gmail, which Google runs. If we meet, I keep short notes about your business in Claude, which Anthropic runs. I've turned off the setting that lets Anthropic train on my chats. If you'd rather I didn't use Claude for your notes, tell me and I'll keep them on paper.
So what you send may be stored and processed in the United States or wherever these companies run their servers, and only for these jobs. Information held in another country can be reached by that country's courts and authorities under its laws.
When we work together
What you show me in a session stays in your accounts. Apart from my short notes, I don't keep copies of anything from your business, and the recap video stays on your computer. I'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Asking about your information
You can ask what I have about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@mythryx.com. I'm the person who answers privacy questions for Mythryx.
If you're not happy with my answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
