We set AI up on your real work. First I build your Business Brain: an AI assistant in your own account that knows your prices and how you talk. Then we build three workflows together for jobs you do every week.
You leave with:

- Three workflows you've run yourself before I leave
- A one-page cheat sheet with your prompts and your rules for what's safe to share
- A short recap video of your own setup, saved with your files
- A check-in call 30 days later
GROUP WORKSHOP
$75 PER PERSON
2 hours. 4 to 8 people, each on their own laptop.
A hands-on session for a few business owners, or for you and your staff. Everyone sets up the same basics on their own work, and I'm in the room to help.
SMALL BUILDS

Scoped on a call, built in your accounts.
Something specific, built and handed over. A template that turns your notes into a PDF you can sell, say, or a weekly summary of your bookings.
I only build things you can run and fix yourself. If it would need me to keep it working, I won't build it.

If what you already pay for does the job, we use that. I won't push a new subscription.
MISTAKES SHOWN
AI gets things wrong. I'll show you where it does, and how to check its work before it reaches a customer.
CAREFUL WITH DATA
Before anything goes into an AI tool, we sort out what's safe to share and what stays out. You get those rules in writing.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
- Do I need to know anything about AI first?
- No. Plenty of owners have only tried ChatGPT a couple of times, or never. That's a normal place to start.
- Which AI tool will you set me up with?
- Whichever fits your business. I use Claude the most, but if you already pay for ChatGPT or Copilot and it does the job, we use that.
- Do I have to pay for an AI subscription?
- Not always. A lot of what I set up works on a free plan. Free plans have tighter limits on how much you can use them, so if you lean on it every day, a paid plan may be worth it. That's a monthly fee to the AI company, not to me, and I'll tell you before we start whether you'd need one.
- Is my information safe?
- We set the rules for that first. The recap video is recorded on your computer and stays with your files, and I don't keep copies of anything from your business. I'll sign an NDA if you want one.
- Are you a certified AI expert?
- No. I taught myself, starting in 2025, by building real tools with AI, and I'm a few steps ahead of most of the people I help. If you need a big rollout or a formal AI policy for a large team, I'll point you to someone who does that.
- What if AI isn't a good fit for my business?
- That's what the free walkthrough is for. If I don't think a Kickstart would pay off for you, I'll tell you.
